STEM Baddies LLC is a fun and empowering community for women in STEM to come together, support each other, and grow both personally and professionally in our male-dominated fields. Our space is designed to provide a platform for fellow baddies to connect, share experiences, and inspire one another without putting down men so we do not widen the gap between us any further.
We are dedicated to offering various mentorship programs and resources that cater to the specific needs of women in STEM. Our team is committed to creating a supportive environment where every woman can thrive and become the best baddie version of herself. Let's do this, baddies!

Meet the Founder: Molly Janasik
Get to Know Molly
Hey STEM Baddie! For those that don't know me, I am a fellow baddie in STEM working as a Test Engineer in Southern California where I work on mainly astronomy missions for NASA, ESA, etc. I have a B.S. in Physics from Michigan State University and a M.S. in Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I absolutely love what I do, even if I am the only woman in my Test group of 12 other guys, and learn something new every day.
In my free time I love to go out dancing with friends in LA, hit the gym, run, hike, hang out with my cat Kylo, travel, watch and play Sonic, and just enjoy life. It's wonderful to meet you, baddie!

At STEM Baddies LLC, our mission is to provide a nurturing and inclusive community where women in STEM can flourish. We know how hard it can be to be the only woman in the room and feel like you have no voice nor confidence to show up authentically as yourself. We want to give you the strength and audacity to be your true self and live out your dream life, baddie.
Through our mentorship programs we aim to equip women in STEM with the confidence, skills, and support they need to excel in their careers and beyond. We are passionate about fostering a culture of empowerment, growth, and resilience among our members. Let's make you into your best baddie self!
